Motif hotel does not care that Metropolis , the company they contracted to manage their parking garage, is scamming their customers! BEWARE! Avoid this hotel.m and Metropolis. I was told to scan the QR code to pay the daily parking fee of $26.99. I did so, and the next day, I was issued a parking ticket. I paid $50.25 to get on my way to the airport . I called Motif and spoke to the manager and was told , “ We don’t handle the parking.” I then proceeded to make three phone calls and spend time repeating my case to three different agents, over 1.5 hours. I finally was told that I will obtain my refund . I will make sure metropolis parking is not being used before I ever book another motel . Total waste of time .

Good: Our 2-bedroom suite was nice and accommodated our party nicely. Irritating: We had to ask for supplies (including toilet paper), clean towels, and bed linens because rooms do not get full housekeeping services until after the 4th day. To their credit, when we asked, the staff delivered what we requested. Not so good: The front-desk staff was not friendly. They barely looked up and/or made eye contact with guests as they came and went. When we arrived, it was clear that we were getting on their nerves while we waited for our room to be ready. Wasn’t the best start to our girls trip. Overall: we enjoyed the 2-bedroom suite, but will not be returning to the Motif.

Hotel does not have parking!

Hotel was excellent except pay attention to parking instructions regarding parking at the hotel. The hotel garage is NOT managed by the hotel. This was not made clear at check in. The elevator is not seperate from the hotel. No obvious signage stating this. The implication is the cost will be added to the bill. NOT! We stayed one night and upon leaving there was a notice on the car we had to pay for parking to a 3rd party that included a $20 penalty and a $5 proccessing fee for not paying when we entered. The desk confirmed this was correct and nothing they could do about it.

Paid for superior room with balcony. Received room with blocked in terrace on ground floor No safety bars in bathrooms showers, when I asked for explanation woman laughed at me and said we call that a balcony After being told I had to pay for parking when reservation says I was credited and I asked for manager I received a card and when I called number on card it was woman at fro t desk not manager at all As I am disabled, on oxygen and need mobility scooter to move around a balcony is a must so I can safely enjoy the sights of my vacation which I gladly pay for To be deceived, laughed at and dismissed was very upsetting after a 12 hr drive I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially anyone with a handicap

The hotel was very clean and the suites are spacious and useful for longer stays as they have full kitchens and in unit washer and dryer. If you stay here be prepared to walk a ways to get to Broadway or other popular destinations otherwise you will have to Uber to get around. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with some cute coffee shops nearby. Overall I would recommend if you don't mind being away from the busy downtown area.

Property was an excellent location. Paying for parking was impossible in the garage with no cell service. There was no handicapped parking , We had no silverware and our washer didn’t work.
