When we arrived we had to wait almost an hour for our room to be cleaned. Pretty annoying after a 4 hour trip, with 3 tired kids ready to get in the room. Breakfast the next days was about 20 minutes late, which sucks when you’re on a tight schedule. One of the worst selections of food too. They had some cold biscuits, cereal, and a juice machine that didn’t work. Wouldn’t be the end of the world if this was like a $80/night hotel or something. But when you pay $150/night, you expect MUCH better than this. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I was supposed to have two queens, but only had one King. The hotel overbooked, so there was nothing they could do for me. Breakfast one day was nothing but hard biscuits and boiled eggs, and the next day there was no breakfast at all. The room was subpar, the pillows were like small throw pillows. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not stay here again. We checked out a night early.

Was supposed to have free breakfast. No breakfast was offered. The elevator kept having issues. The staff were unfriendly, did not stock items like towels and toilet in paper. Friends staying with us and room issues such as not giving them the room they booked and another the door didn't lock. Best thing was comfortable beds.

Tired facility, poor customer service

Dated hotel. Not particularly clean. Shower door was off it's track. Door to room would not latch shut! Staff was outside vaping when we arrived. The breakfast staff did not show up for work the next morning, so they put up a sign apologizing. I asked the surly woman at the front desk, who shrugged and said, "I can't control the weather" (it was 30 and sunny). Would not stay here again

Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was nice & comfortable and clean. Myself, my husband and my 2 lil dogs enjoyed our stay until it was time for breakfast. The attendant was VERY slow setting up breakfast, she seemed upset, angry that people were waiting for the items to be set up. There really is NO cream for coffee? Maybe she was having a bad day but being in the service industry, she'll need to get it under control.
