I enjoyed the stay overall, however I picked this particular hotel due to complementary breakfast. There was no breakfast offered the whole weekend. That was very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the space was great. The included breakfast was never available. When I asked, they stated that they were "waiting on a truck" another front desk person claimed they've been waiting 2 weeks for a truck. we would have preferred not to run out for breakfast every morning. Otherwise a nice clean hotel

Room was nice and clean. Only negative was they did not offer breakfast on the morning I left. They also didn’t offer a reason for not providing breakfast. But, I would stay there again.

The very wrinkled, disheveled, disinterested and rude “clerk” stayed in front of the building all night smoking and wouldn’t answer the phone. After several attempts we had to walk down there and find him. Every time we went down he was at the front door smoking on his personal cell phone. Oh, and don’t lose anything behind the bed and look for it. Yuck. Leave it there with the other stuff.

The comforter had stains all over it and when I asked to have it replaced, they left another comforter on the bed without making the bed. The coffee pot in the room was broken. The toilet seat was almost broken. There was not a TV remote in the room. There was no breakfast any day we were there even though they advertise that breakfast is available every day. The night front desk staff was not professional and did not offer solutions to our issues. The service was non existent. There was no help with cleaning our room and our couch had stains all over it.

The staff was unprofessional and frequently absent from the front desk. There was no breakfast provided, and the room had an unpleasant odor and was not properly cleaned. The sheets appeared to have been used and were not changed before our arrival.

General Hotel Condition

When turning down the bed sheets, I found 3 long thick black hairs. General condition of hotel (carpet/doors) is rundown and needs repair. We will not stay here again. We will not recommend either.

Find another hotel this isn’t the one

This has to be on of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not sure if reception planned on saying anything but another person staying at the hotel was at the desk when I arrived and they very loudly mentioned how breakfast was not being served the next morning then asked me if I knew because they were not told until after they checked in. It was late and I was tired after a very long drive so I was willing to overlook it. When we got into the room we looked it over immediately as we always do. There was no toilet paper on the roll but we found a new single roll under the sink, 1 bar soap kinda thrown on the counter, 5 day old food in the fridge (sticker on deli meat), a huge yellow/brown stain on the carpet in front of the pullout sofa, the ottoman covered in some substance (this is a pet friendly hotel and these looked like urine stains the ottoman looked like a male dog marked all over the side), rolling chair with arms that felt like they were ready to fall off and a dirty table. The bed was made but the pillow cases were wrinkled so can’t be sure the sheets were change or the bed was just made up. There were no stains on the sheets but they were definitely due to be retired they were very worn the fabric was pilling. I went to the front desk to ask about a new room but I guess they were completely booked not a single available room. Reception wrote up a note for day staff but I didn’t have time to deal with it in the morning I just reached out to hotels.com

From check-in to check-out, this hotel was absolutely horrible. We’ve never met a staff so rude. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. A guy eventually showed up from outside. Didn’t greet us, had a bad attitude & acted like we were bothering him. He was in street clothes with no ID showing he worked there. The room was ok but next to a loud busy highway. Bathroom door handle was broken. We went back down to the desk to let him know & he was gone again. We booked the hotel because it offered free breakfast. Went down the next morning to no breakfast & no hotel staff to be found. A woman standing in the lobby said there was no breakfast. We came back that evening & were surprised to find 2 staff members at the desk. Again, no greeting & acted like we were bothering them. We told them about the bathroom door handle & they rudely acted like they didn’t believe us. We asked about the free breakfast & was told there was none & wouldn’t be any the next day. They said they haven’t served breakfast in over a week because “the truck hasn’t come.” We went to our room to find it hadn’t been cleaned. No fresh towels. We went back down to tell them & they rudely said they don’t clean rooms unless specifically requested. My partner & I have stayed in hundreds of hotel & never had this happen. At check-out, no one was at the desk. Rang the bell & a woman came out & told us to drop the keys in a can. No ‘thank you for staying’ no ‘have a nice day’. Nothing. Worst hotel & staff ever!

The hotel was is in a convenient location. Beyond that there was only one person working and she looked like she had been called in on her day off. There were cockroaches in the staircase and our room still had water all over the sink from where it was not cleaned in between visits. The sheets did appear to be changed out and the ac only worked if the fan was left on at all times.

No breakfast as advertised. Also, had a room for 4 and only had 2 bath towels. They would not give use anymore towels unless we turned in used towels to the main desk. Have fun getting your family ready doing that. Also, no sheets for the pullout couch and the desk don’t have any extra sheets. They said we would have to wait until they were cleaned to get them. That would be two hours. Terrible customer service and will never suggest staying there. Another room in our group reeked of pot when they checked in. Desk pretty much said get over it, nothing they would do.
