Great location which is easy walking to many local attractions, dining and grocery stores.Would have liked blackout curtains in the bedroom, the see-through blinds did not allow us to sleep in. A bit of road noise from the highway, however the ceiling fan provided good white noise. The unit could use a deep cleaning to remove the mold in the shower and dirt in the corners. The on-site gym was fabulous. Would stay here again when back in Nashville.

The property suited my adult daughter and I really well, with the two bedrooms, separate bathrooms, and shared dining area, and the kitchen was nice for breakfasts, snacks, and chatting about our day. It was really clean and new, and the pool area was very nice. It was also convenient enough to walk to shows and tourist attractons, if you are moderately fit. However, the entrance from the parking garage was littered and the door and the door window were broken. The amenity refill station was out of coffee for two days even upon pointing that out to our host, and there was nowhere to store our luggage on departure day, (other than an offsiite partner company that charges a fee) despite there seemingly being a lot of available areas onsite that could be used for a few hours of storage. Also, to improve the stay it would be nice if the kitchen had dishcloths and some simple cooking supplies like salt and pepper. Otherwise, I would recommend this stay. It was overall a positive experince and I would stay there again.

The check in process was horrible for me. Person unavailable except by phone after 4pm. Registration was unnecessarily difficult. The Worst thing was the traffic noise. No sleep to be had. Won’t go back.

Awesome property and good communication. There were a lot of steps to the check in process that we were not expecting and I booked 2x reservations for colleagues, so the amount of texting I had to do and uploading all of their documents (drivers license / passports) etc was quite a bit more work that anticipated. But they were helpful!

Check in was easy and detailed oriented. The area has a store and restaurants in walking distance. my card was charged several times without notification different amounts for a smoking fee which no one has gotten back to me on with explanations or proof.

We rented this property for 3 nights. We asked for an early check in and was charged $50. We got there and the apartment was extremely dirty. Shavings in the sink, dirty bed sheets, garbage on the floor and smudged all over the walls. I was disgusted. I reached out to the hotel and they offered to come clean. This was fine but that meant that we had to wait to go to bed which defeated the purpose of checking in early. I asked for compensation for this and was offered a uber 50$ voucher which is insulting. Not only did they not reimburse my only check in fee but they refused to compensate appropriately. I have never been so disgusted with the state of a hotel before. I even sent pictures to prove my claims.
