Terrible stay

The room was dirty and smelled terrible, the indoor pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was disgusting, the dry wall was peeling in the room. The only good thing I can say about my stay is that the air worked amazingly.

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Room service pre-visit was okay but could have been better. There were no cups for water or coffee, towels were clean but unorganized, and the faucet was very loose on the sink.

Disappointed

The manager was very nice. The room was not clean though. The bathroom was not cleaned after several guests I would guess. The shower had build up and some strands of hair from past guests. The glass was nasty, the frame had scum all over it, hairs on the bottom of the shower, the outside of the toilet not cleaned, behind the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been mopped for a while. Behind the bed, coming out onto the floor, was a large spot that looked like something spilled that had dried there. Very visible. Of all things, I think the most important part of the room is the bathroom and it being clean!!! The thought of things not being cleaned and sanitized from the last guest literally makes me nauseous. And I feel the same about my household. Several people use my bathroom at home, and I keep it cleaned. I could give you many more things on the list of stuff that was not clean. I could say for certain that the only thing done since the last guest was, the bed made,(linens seemed fresh) and a new trash bag in the can. I understand staff issues and such but at the end of the day someone has to do it and people need to be held accountable for NOT doing their job as well. I want to feel Comfortable in a hotel room. I felt very uncomfortable. Just because it was certain that nothing had been done to insure that things had cleaned and sanitized from the last guests. I certainly don’t want to pay money and be made to feel like that.

The room was dirty. Looked like it wasn’t wiped down. Who knows is the sheets were even changed. After I took a shower, they never came in to clean and change the towels.

Staff were amazing, super helpful and kind. Our room was clean and felt super homey. Our bed was so comfortable we almost didn’t want to get out of it and stay in for the last day of our trip.

Definitely do not stay here !!

The room was dirty and smelled musty...The sheets(black marks) there were pieces of bread crust and black hairs between the wood frame that the mattress sat on. I actually went around matress and cleaned. I also went and bought lysol so i could spray the room. Floors hadn't been swept. I have stayed at La quinta, before, and it was not like that. However, the employees were very nice. Don't get me wrong. I did not expect a 4 star hotel, but it should clean.

Management was very rude for an establishment that wasn’t very clean/tidy. Every issue I had (no towels (maid service never came by and I stayed a week), new trash bags requested, vending machine ate my money, ceiling leaking, heat wasn’t working & there’s a blizzard outside). I didn’t overly complain, more so questioned if anything could be done in regards to standard needs (respectfully) & the management always rebuttal’d or cut me off to ask if I was the problem first, before even letting me finish my sentence. How could I be the problem & I’m not on staff? ABSOLUTELY HATED MY STAY HERE. CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE.

I loved howbig the room was. It wascozy and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a plus aswell. The only thing I was disappointed in was the indoor pool was not heated. It was freezing. Other than that our stay was great.
