The property it self is nice the rooms are recently remodel but the cleaning department needs to do a better job with mopping and running the sweeper

The overall property was okay. My room wasn’t properly clean. There was leftover pizza in the mini refrigerator, the box was sitting on top of the refrigerator also. The shower wasn’t clean, there was hair in the shower very visible. The shampoo and soap containers in the bathroom shower were empty good thing I travel with my own soap. It was quiet, I felt safe and I would return.

Slighty disappointed

The photos definitely dont match the rooms. We weren't given and hand soap for the sink or enough towels and had to ask for it. The light next to my side of the bed strobed and couldn't be used. Property is dated but theyve tried to update. The window wouldnt close all the way so we had a ton if highway noise. But for the price point, this is to be expected.

The room hadn't been properly cleaned/turned over before we checked in at about 7pm. The hot tub(one of the main reasons we chose this hotel) was gross with mildew and the jets didn't work.

We had a very nice stay. Staff were great and helpful. Overall for the price we paid was a great hotel. I would stay again. Hot tub could use an upgrade, bubbles didn’t work. The bathroom floor was sticky, the shower curtain, toilet and wall should have been wiped down.

This hotel did not live up to La Quinta Standards.

The La Quinta Inn did not have hot water at night for a shower. The sink in the room did not drain. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we entered the room. The hot tub did not work and that is why I booked that hotel. The breakfast was a 5 out of a 10. Blah. I usually stay at LaQuinta because it is pet friendly. My husband had a service dog.

Earplugs needed.

One of the noisiest rooms I’ve stayed in. The windows are so thin the noise from the highway is quite loud (at all hours). Don’t stay in a room with an odd number, those face the highway.

The front desk staff was excellent. The room smelled too strong from disinfectant. The room was not stocked . The coffee did not work in the coffee pot. The sugar and ect had been opened. We have a small dog and we love the idea that they accept pets.

Service not up to adequate.

There was a coffee maker, but no cups. There was not any hand soap by the sink. The only soap was the body wash by the shampoo in the shower area.. Nothing to sanitize your hands. The breakfast food was questionable, the bananas were over ripe and obviously old. No milk offered just orange juice for kids. The TV channel changer was missing the on button, you needed a pen to work the channel changer. We paid close to a hundred dollars and was the service provided was equal to what we paid.

We were very disappointed after driving for 10 hours to get there and find out the jets in the hot tub weren't working. The hot tub was a big reason we booked the property. Also, the bathrooms by the pool were out of order. The hotel had an overall smell and a dog pooped in the hall in our hallway.

The desk personnel are very welcoming and professional. I wish I could give this property 5 stars because the check in was easy, check out was easy, and communication was painless. The cleaning staff was also courteous and said hello with a smile. They make the place feel homey. But the room conditions were not great. The first room I was given had a broken ac/heat unit, a broken chair, and a broken cabinet door that was just left sitting in the room. I got quickly transferred to another room, and this room seemed to have been lightly serviced but needed a deeper clean. The carpet was dirty and the shower needed to be wiped down. Not to mention, the shower head was not attached to the wall and was just dangling down near the floor, so I had to hold it while I showered. This resulted in a very chilly shower. And I do not enjoy the shades on the window; they don't fully cover the window edges enough to keep streetlights from shining in your eyes when you're lying in the bed. I've stayed here before but probably won't come back because of the many cleaning/maintenance issues.
