Good potential but poorly managed
We arrived late for just a one night stay on our way home from visiting family. Upon arrival, the room seemed nice and updated. We noticed there were no towels but thought it was an oversight we could manage in the morning since we were too tired to shower that night anyway. We ran out of toilet paper on the partial roll on the holder during the night to discover there was no extra rolls in the room. The next morning while getting ready to go downstairs to request towels, we discovered blood stains on the duvet of both beds and a piece of a cheeto on the bed frame. We opted to leave. I expressed all these issues to the front desk at check out and the girl simply said she'd let management know. Since I had booked and paid online, she also refused to give me a printed receipt. I asked about releasing the security deposit and she said it had to stay on file in case there were any "problems." I can overlook a lot of minor issues. In fact, this is the first negative review I have ever left a hotel but I wouldn't stay here again under any circumstances.

I ended up checking out a day early not caring about a refund. Traveling alone as a woman I was given a conjoining room that a coffee table was keeping closed. Shower had hair and hair ties around the ADA safety bar. The desk chair was broken as well. Would not recommend staying here.

Spent three nights. One early morning I could hear the neighboring room occupant's alarm going off and dog whining. Otherwise slept good. The interstate facing rooms, you will hear traffic, but that didn't bother me. The lights outside were very bright and window blind doesn't cover properly (I prefer a darker sleep). Sheets had a little staining, but perhaps that's acceptable? Average hotel, decent amenities nearby.

We chose this hotel because of our previous experience with La Quinta Inns. We booked 5 nights, but early on our 3rd morning, we found a mouse running through our room. We immediately alerted the front desk, which was a very disappointing experience. The morning front desk manager was unconcerned by the shocking news of a mouse/rat in our room. His only response was a half-hearted, "We'll take care of it." We packed up and left immediately. Also, the jacuzzi was pond-water green, put that seems a small problem compared to the rodent in our room. This place is a health hazard.
