What I didn’t like was waiting to check at 3am. I was told I would have to pay $200.00 if I check in beforehand. I sat in the lobby at 11pm until 3am. I had been flying from 6:30pm til 7:30pm to try getting to Vanderbilt Hospital on a family emergency.

La Quinta is a very clean hotel. They offered fresh breakfast in the morning and they hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from broadway. There’s also a 7- Eleven across the street from the hotel if you’re feeling extra snacky. Great hotel overall!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff at property were very professional and helpful. The manager David was very on the spot on small issue that arose, and took care of everything in a very professional manner and also very quickly. Would stay at this property if I’m ever back in Nashville again.

I’ve stayed at this property more than once. Very nice. Although, I wish their indoor pool was heated more and I don’t know if Expedia’s site mentioned there’s a $25 nightly parking fee. There was a cheaper hotel downtown I would have stayed at but didn’t want to pay the $37 parking fee. I think my cost probably would have evened out. No complaints whatsoever about my room, or any of the staff. Very clean, nice hotel.

Overall, the property was nice, but the room we had was right next to the interstate and there was constant noise all night. They need better sound proofing on the windows on that side of the building.

Good Stopover

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice facility. Just stopped in for an overnight stay but overall enjoyed our stay. Only notable thing was needing room key to get back to our car upon checkout, luckily there was a staff member on the elevator so we didn't get stuck between floors.

We are recent converts to La Quinta. As frequent travelers, we look for cleanliness, amenities, convenience and price. This La Quinta was top notch in all categories. This seems a newer property that was clean and modern. The beds, shower and decor were very nice. The room was serviced daily with fresh towels except on those days we asked not. It is across the street from Nissan Stadium and the construction site for the new stadium so it doesn't have neighborhood appeal. The hot breakfast was outstanding and kept clean and full despite heavy foot traffic. Kudos to the staff. It is located about an easy 1/3 mile to the beautiful foot bridge over the Cumberland River that leaves you in downtown Nashville and all the music, the Ryman and historic areas. As fit seniors, we were able to walk everywhere. Easy drive back to the airport.

Everything was great, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was one of the best I’ve had in a long time! However the lady at reception was not very friendly and seemed like it was a bother for us to be checking in. It is Nashville so I guess some people aren’t great all the time but she didn’t great us, she just kept looking at her computer. Just maybe the customer service at reception should be friendlier! The kitchen staff for the breakfast was super friendly and nice though, A+ for them!
