There was an ongoing creepy sound last night that scared off my child. NO refrigeration. NO night light. I wish there is a refrigerator to store my child's milk. Loud noise on the A/C. It was a good thing that we stayed only one night. Overall, it was a good stay.

Don't stay here!

We received keys to rooms that the maid had let sqautters stay in. When we finally got our right room, the room is disgusting. The bathroom floor was covering in dirt and hair. They only had double beds and with 4 people, we had to rent another room. The shower tub was almost in a V shape and if you stood in the middle, you felt like you were falling throw the bottom. The lobby was clean but with the with the heavy rain, the ceiling was leaking all over. We didnt even stay for the breakfast.

very bad experience, we arrived late at night to a very dirty room, spiders every where, dirty sheets. construction machines in the parking lot, so we have to park very far. bad drugs smell. we asked to change the room which was dirty same as the first one. we left at mid night. the hotel is very dirty and not safe to stay in

Staff really rude. Rooms gross with bed bugs. Looks like the house maid doesn’t even clean the sheets or vacuum the room. Had mold in are room. Breakfast sucked and barely anything. Overall WASTE OF MONEY. I’m shocked they are even allowed to be open.

Absolute WORST hotel stay of my life. It was filthy and the people at desk were RUDE! No phone in room, no late check out, literally awful in every area. The area noise was very loud. The only positive thing to say was Cracker Barrel was next door.

The worst ever

It was awful.. the front desk lady was rude and on her phone. .there keys get wiped if the get 4ft of a phone.. so we got locked out of our room after eating a crappy breakfast. And it took her giving us a new key 3 different times for her to finally walk to the room with us and it was freezing outside, so my son waited in the lobby and even her key wouldn't work she had to call maintenance and it took him forever and again it's freezing outside while I'm standing there by a door waiting for maintenance this guy comes down smelling of weed and looks very threatening gets his key to work and tells me if it happens again he's not coming back to help. What I thought was a deadbolt that we locked the night before was apparently a privacy lock that makes it to where your key doesn't work I thought my son unlocked it when we left in the morning seeing as how I thought it was a deadbolt, thinking the door wouldn't open if it was locked but they were unbelievably rude I had I had another option I would have left the hotel the night before because I had to clean the shower myself cuz it didn't look sanitary the bathrooms weren't properly cleaned It was just a very s***** hotel and there was construction going on that was not made a wear to us prior to booking.

Although it is being upgraded, this is a tired old hotel. My bathtub had 2" of water in it and would not drain. My in-room coffee maker was broken and unworkable. The carpet in my room was just unclean. On the other hand, it is adjacent to a Waffle House, but the breakfast was good enough to make the Waffle House unneceaary.

The property was under complete construction and the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The sink had black mold along the top, the base of the tub had mold, and the mattress had been flipped to the bottom, so the pillow top was underneath, and the hard springs were in top. when we went to lobby to say that we didn't want to stay there no one was around. I then tried to call the hotel, but no one bothered to pick up the phone at all. when we did leave the construction workers were out front drinking beer and liquor and smoking pot. this place was not what was on the website. I definitely would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

Railroad yard motel

From the railroad yard across the street putting boxcars together to the entire motel under total rehab to the Waffle House in the parking lot with bullet proof glass this was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. Hotels.com you should have not had this motel on your site.

The towels in our room were dirty we didn’t even use them because they looked so unclean. The bedding also had black stains on it, it looked like marker or ink stains. The bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned out and had an orange stain to it and the floor in the bathroom and the room looked like it had not been cleaned.
