Such a sketchy area pulled up and immediately cancelled my reservation. Was greeted by a “working woman” that offered me a good time while I was exiting my vehicle.

Good economic option to stay.

It's a simple hotel, but it's a very good option by the price and location. The only thing that I don't agreed is the $10 by day parking fee, because it's not a secured parking lot.

The motel overlooks some forlorn parking lots and is in the middle of no where. The furniture inside is mismatched and the general place shows an all-over wear and tear with poor lighting outside and in the rooms. Know this. And also know a staff person watched the property from the parking lot in his vehicle. When I had minor issues with my TV, he came up to help within minutes. It is also a five minute drive to downtown, which is a plus. The staff pretty great, and this property is in a down and out area but was next to a gas station and easy to find from the airport, which was about 15 minutes away. Very comfortable firm bed and clean linens.

Staff were friendly but the room was very dirty. There was noticeable stains all over the walls, the bed sheets smelled and the other bed had some scuff/dirt spots stains, and the towels provided smelled of vinegar/must/mold (although, thankfully not all of them). I come to Nashville every year, this has been by far the worst location Ive stayed at.

They make you pay to park in the hotel parking lot, no parking in front of building so had to walk from the back. lobby was clean and nice. Hot full breakfast was good. Condition of room was not great. Paint was peeling in bath and tub unit looked moldy around caulking. Location was close to downtown. If your just looking for a place to sleep, its ok. Bed wasnt super comfy.

Even though it’s older, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. No bugs, and plenty of towels. Within 10 minutes of all the sights and easy access to the interstate. We would stay there again and to top it off, the price was awesome.
