It's a bit worrisome when there is nobody at the front desk early in the morning. Both Saturday and Sunday mornings my husband was in the lobby at 5:30 a.m. . . . NOBODY at front desk. One morning a man was frantic because he had locked his granddaughter in the room by herself and called the maintenance number and was told they could not help him. Somebody finally arrived at the front desk over 45 minutes later !!! Unacceptable !!!

I enjoyed staff and cleanliness. The breakfast was really good. The sofe bed was uncomfortably and to small for two adults. Also we had to notify staff that the sink and bathtub didn't drain well. The room was smaller than expected.

We had a double/double room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Check in was easy, fast and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I love that they had the tv channels on a handout. I would definitely recommend staying at this facility.
