The location of this property makes walking to and from Broadway and Nissan Stadium super easy and fairly safe. There’s a Dollar General and a liquor store nearby, in case you need supplies. I’ve stayed here several times and have always been pleased. The free breakfast is decent and the breakfast mimosas are nice and strong. The morning bartender is friendly and personable. Room was clean. My only complaint is the noise at night during this stay was exponentially worse than before. A lot of sirens and trucks backing up.

Great location for Broad street
Going to a show at Ryman and this location is great. Easy attached parking garage ($$$ like all of downtown Nashville), clean room with comfy bed and the lobby had a musician when we came back after our show. We got to Nashville average 10x a year and try new places and locations. This is our fav location to date for Broad street access

It was incredibly clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was easy walkable to broadway, bars and restaurants. The only thing that we would recommend is the lobby furniture could use updating.
