the property was very conveniently located to Broadway and the hockey and football arenas. Easy walking distance. But there were a lot of homeless beggars which was uncomfortable. Close to action and a great free breakfast.

Good area hotel for Bridgestone Arena event which is 8 min walk. Parking self park is $47 or they have valet. Great hot buffet breakfast. Only downfall is the area is close to the EMS and sirens were all night. We were on 6 floor facing the street. I would ask for room on the backside as it might be quieter. Good value on a weeknight in Nashville. Would stay here again. Hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient to area attractions and Broadway.

Convenient location to Broadway attractions. A bit difficult to find. Some interesting people along the path from Broadway in the evening. In a groups, you will be fine. Although on the ninth floor could still hear the city noises at night.
