During my 4 day stay at Hyatt Place Brentwood I never saw any cleaning service and my room was never cleaned. There were pubic hairs on the walls of the shower and an old stale french fry under the edge of the bed. The vending and ice machine was out of order. The cleanliness of the facility once you leave the lobby is very poor. The staff I did encounter was very friendly.

The restaurant is closed because they ran out of food. What?!?! The breakfast was not good at all. Only one type of cereal, no variation in bread, no yogurt and very limited fruit. Most ice machines were broken too. Rooms are oversized, which is nice.

I’ve stayed at other Hyatt’s that have been better taken care of. This one was not that clean. Shower had mold in it, hallways smelled dirty and had carpet appeared to be coming loose and had lumps in it by the elevator that present tripping hazards, and ice machines not working. Will not stay here again.

Just a quick stop for the long drive. Hotel is ok, but probably need renovation. Room is ok, but the toilets probably need renovation with exhaust fan. Breakfast was average, not much choices. Plenty of parking. Located on the hill so the view surrounding the hotel is good.

The room was clean. Pull out couch was also clean. The tv wasn’t working, which is not fun with a room with 2 adults and 3 kids. We called and they said it was hotel wide. The hotel customer service was reasonable and got it sorted out. Breakfast was also good. No complaints other than the tv, but it was handled.
