There was only one elevator working upon check-in. By the next morning, both elevators were broken. The water took forever to get hot. The bathroom was extremely small!! The room was spacious, so you would expect the bathroom to be also.

The hotel is ok. There were a lot of broken things such as the emergency stairwell door hinge/arm on the 4th floor, the passenger elevator was down for day, even after I left. The hot water literally takes over 8-10 minutes to get warm or even longer if you wanted hot. Small fixes except for the elevator that can and should be fixed asap for a great guest experience.

Haven’t been to Nashville in nine years and came back to the same Hotel in May 2025. The basics were all covered. Comfortable bed to sleep in, hot water to take a shower, and one of the best breakfast bars in Nashville. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful.
