We got there early and asked for them to call us when our room was ready. And even at 4pm (which was check in time) the room still wasn’t ready. They have very poor communication between shifts. We also had an issue with not enough hot water.

Excellent stay!

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and comfortable. I loved having a separate place to work. It felt like a home away from home, not a hotel room. I will be staying here again when I come to town.

While the parking seemed expensive at first ($50 valet), it was for 24 hours and allowed in and out service. The only thing substantially less would be the Library parking lot at $10 for 12 hours. But no in and out or valet service. The rooms are large with sitting and dining area, and very complete with kitchen. Anything you may want, you can request. Chances are, it is available.
