It’s ten minutes from downtown. They offer a shuttle and continue to have reasonable pricing. We stay here every time we visit Nashville . It never disappoints.

So this property needs to have a little bit more convenient for as far as food choices. The snack center is awful I thought and the coffee shop was cute but they need to have more enticing, muffins and cookies and stuff that people actually want to buy some people. They were very very friendly and the restaurant needs to have better tasting food.

Great option in downtown Nashville/Vanderbilt area, the easy and reasonably priced open air parking was a huge plus. Hotel itself met all expectations. We prepaid for the breakfast and that was definitely above average. Only suggestion would be to make sure bedding is available for rooms with pullout couches w/o having to call for it - that did take a while to arrive, and to make sure pullouts are completely free of any stains/spots on the underside cushions...

I booked this hotel thinking there was a pool, the pool was filthy and closed. Also we had a room with bunch of kids next to us that were up till 2am every night. The carpets in are room were stained and filthy. Definitely need to be cleaned and refreshed for your guests. I always stay at IHG hotels as I’m a member. Just usually have alot cleaner hotel.
