I liked the people working for the hotel, the location and the room. I felt safe on the property, but not as much across the street or to the west away from Vanderbilt.

The property though fairly clean is in poor condition. The Commodore Grill food is of poor quality and overpriced. I was not informed of the shuttle but had to pay the destination feeservice

The hotel is away from Broadway but has an excellent shuttle service to and from. Great buffet breakfast, and evening entertainment in evenings. The rooms could use an update but over all a great place to stay when visiting Nashville.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby and restaurant is very nice. The rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms especially need to be renovated. The free shuttle to the downtown area is a nice amenity. Great buffet breakfast at the Commodore restaurant
