Berry Farms is such a nice area, quiet, good road connections and really close to Franklin. Hotel was clean, friendly and a really good base for our 3 days. Teri on the front desk was an absolute delight, friendly, helpful and just brilliant at her job, she made our stay.

Loved this place! I believe the name of the woman to help me was Helen? She was very friendly, fast, and helped me get signed up for the rewards program. I've always believed the first intial meet and greet by the front desk person or host to be an important key to the start of a great stay and she nailed it! The room was very clean and modern. Parking was also great and the complimentary breakfast was tasty! Will definitely stay there again any time I'm driving through! Thanks for the great experience!

Excellent customer service the manager was an ER nurse for years. I had a medical issue she helped me. Also treated me with respect even tho i showed up very dirty from being on the road for days. I was dressed like the homeless. The customers are mostly snobs a few were nice. Its a high end area so thats to be expected i guess. Snobs make me look even nicer so its a good thing.
