Great property not far from Broadway St! Pool was very small and not heated but everything else was perfect! Comfortable rooms with good beds! I like that they take pets!

The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was newly renovated. I am not a fan that no window opened but the air circulated ok. The room was spacious. The carpet looked dirty and was so old. The room was very noisy for a lot of the night every night from the other rooms, hallway and outside and in the morning it always sounded like the staff were right at our door.

Holiday Inn and Suites is a great place to stay in Nashville. Its downtown location makes it easy to walk to Broadway and attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman. The staff was great, the ability to get sandwiches from the Bodega or food from the Almost Friday Sports Bar on site was an added bonus. Great Job !!!!!

We were upgraded on the premiere floor. Each morning on our floor, there was flavoured water, coffee, and delicious pastries for the guests to enjoy. It was very quiet. Close to walking distance to everything. No problems at all.

It was a great stay for my family. You had everything you needed on the property and nice walk to Broadway and surrounding restaurants. Jonathan and the valet staff were amazing, always getting us where we needed to go. The front desk staff sent texts to us during the stay to ask if we ever needed anything. We were bummed with the pool. Wanted to relax and just sip a drink by the pool. We will probably stay next door their pool that you can see from your pool is freaking awesome!! Nevertheless the staff was awesome
