I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was fabulous. The property was older and could use an upgrade of the hot tub/pool area. I was just glad to have the use of them.

Unfortunately afterb10 hours of driving I had to wait almost 10 minutes at the front desk to check in as no one was there. The front desk person was alone and so had to leave the desk to help a guest elsewhere, (as told to me by the bartender who could not check us in) no note saying when she would be back; she was very pleasant once she returned but we really just wanted to get to our room as soon as we got there. The keyless app was not working so that was not an option either. I gave 5 stars to the staff and service as I hold Hilton responsible for low staffing
