We were there for a quick overnight before an early flight the next day. Ate in the restaurant as it was very cold. Food was very good and the stay was pleasant. The staff was super-helpful.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Despite paying $20 per day for “secure” parking. Our car and 27 others were broken into with broken windows. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This has been happening for weeks and the hotel still does not have cameras nor security for the parking lot. The inside staff was rude and annoyed by us. They refused to refund the parking fee. The maintenance staff was so kind and caring. All of the desk staff were horribly rude.

Our stay was spoiled by multiple vehicle break-ins in the parking lot. Where is the security? Otherwise, everything was great except the tub water temperature adjustment was plumbed backwards and our refrigerator had to be replaced.

Our 2nd stay

This was our 2nd time at this Embassy Suites. It. Was excellent just as it was with our first stay. Everything from the front desk to our room to bar/food service and ending with the airport shuttle was fantastic. We love this Embassy Suites!

We stayed here one night passing through. Our car along with 18 others were broken into. They broke the back window out. Embassy was nice and vacummed it out and taped it up so we could continue our drive. The front desk staff said this happens pretty regularly. I would think maybe they would start installing cameras or have a security guard. We stayed in the atlanta one on the way back and they had a security guard.

Was disappointed in stat at Embassy. Preferred hotel but this was worse embassy experience. Hotel in need of updates. Stay and Fly hotel experience was awful. Wouldn't recommend. Over paid to basically park in the back parkin lot. Wasnt fully communicated. Additional fee for parking while on vacation thru 3rd party. $200 1 night stay and $120 parking charge for 5 night vacation. Was extreme. Dont recommend

Hotel was nice but due to no security there were over 20 vehicles broken into, the people at the front desk wasn't very helpful even shooting dirty looks when asking questions about what should be done or getting an officer on scene, very unprofessional.
