I requested accessible bath and when we opened the room door , the custodian was inside trying to repair bathroom lights. We were put in a non-accessible room which was a great hindrance to me. Bath sink would not drain. Duct tape had been used to repair carpets, tiles, and wall paper

I was not pleased with the condition of the hotel and my stay. The hotel did not feel or look clean. The hotel is seriously outdated and dingy. There is no way that my room should have cost more than $200/night. If Hilton is going to slap its name on hotels, those hotels should live up to the Hilton brand. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Rundown and in desperate need of a renovation
The condition of the hotel is poor. Carpet very dated and there was visible dust collected around the perimeter. It wasn’t apparent that housekeeping cleaned our room. Dirty dishes remained and one day it looked like they came and emptied the trash cans and left in a hurry because the entire trash bag roll was left in the room. The bar staff appeared to be annoyed and frazzled at all point of their shift. I was hoping to enjoy my stay at and Embassy but this hotel does not live up to the name. *I will say the only thing they did right was breakfast.

Aging hotel. Shower in bathtub. Toilet not functioning properly and required daily manual correction. Temperature too cold and unable to adjust. Requested adjustment of temperature but no reply. Error in final bill for parking despite the fact that I told the reception clerk I did not have a car. Little variation in breakfast during my one week stay. Overpriced for product.
