Great location in Nashville

Embassy Suites downtown Nashville was perfect. Great location to walk to many attractions. Delicious breakfast buffet included as well as nightly “happy hour” with 2 free drinks as well as snacks. Room was spacious & very clean. Would highly recommend this property

Great Hotel

We had an amazing stay. The room and hotel were very clean. The check in/out was fast and friendly. The breakfast was unbeatable. I did not appreciate the valet parking at the curb on a hill when we checked out (it's very difficult to load a trunk on a step hill friends) but they were nice.
The only photo I had that had partial room views. The room was a nice size and very clean.

Customer service was lacking. My group of 6 wanted to sit outside on the roof top and asked the bar tender to she should get someone to come and open the giant umbrella for us as it was too hot. She needed to call engineering. waited, waited, waited. Saw another staff member so asked him. waited, waited, waited. Time for us to leave. Don't understand why it was so difficult to get an umbrella opened. They should have been opened anyway on a nice sunny day, or at least the crank be available so someone can open it upon request. We were unable to enjoy the roof top :(
