I am usually picky about where I stay but I gotta say, This hotel has been one of the best place I’ve ever stayed. It is clean, excellent service, has transportation, happy hour, breakfast buffet, and a bar. The staff is amazing. We have no complaints. I really recommend this place. No regrets.

The breakfast was amazing and so was the manager hour! Hotel rooms were great overall just a bit dated. Location close to downtown. 5 stars to the shuttle drivers who always showed up enthusiastically and were fun to chat with.

We had a 2 room suite. It was very nice & the bed was comfortable. We used valet, nice employees & fast service. We also used the shuttle service to go to Broadway. The driver, Matt, he is a local & very helpful on places to go. The shuttle service was also fast service. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself, as well as our room, was perfectly clean. However, the area directly outside the entrance was abysmal. It constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, there were cigarette butts all over, the couches where people might sit and wait for the shuttle had many burn holes, etc. Even the planters that housed the plants (which didn't look very attractive) were old and poorly maintained. Overall, standing in that front area was just very unpleasant. I would suggest making that area a NO SMOKING area. A good power washing and some new furniture and planters would do wonders for that area. One other issue I had was when I left a note asking housekeeping for two glasses to be left by the sink in the living room. When I returned to my room there were none. I called the front desk and the person said they would have housekeeping bring up a few. I explained that I was going to take a nap, and to please have the housekeeping staff leave the glasses outside the door. I hung my "Do Not Disturb" placard on the door handle. About 15 minutes later, just as I was falling asleep, someone began knocking very hard on the door saying, "HOUSEKEEPING." She continued and continued. She then used her phone on speaker to call the front and explain that I wasn't answering. She must've been told to just leave the glasses outside and at that point she left. What is the purpose of having a DND placard if the staff is going to pound on the door? It was very frustrating...

This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is amazing for a free amenity. The by 'order omelet' I had was the best ever. The free transportation to downtown was great however the temporary van that was being used while theirs was being repaired was difficult for us older guests. The drivers were very friendly and informative.
