Staff was kind. The facility was clean for the most part but it could use some updates. The comforter had cigarette burns in the blanket. Unfortunately, we did have a mouse in one of our rooms. I know with a building that size and age, mice can be a problem. The continental breakfast was pretty sparse. A few cereal choices and some muffins or toast.

Efficient check in. Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nothing special. Juice choices, coffee, mini muffins, toast, and yogurt if they have it. Our room did have a couple minor issues that I left with the manager. One major issue was the shower faucet had the hot and cold reversed. Told management about this issue, I hope they address that immediately.

Unpleasant smelling room

We booked a dog friendly room and unfortunately the room smelled terrible. Upon arrival the room smelled like a dog kennel full of unclean dogs. We asked for another room with no unpleasant scent and they said they only had 3 total and the other two were pre occupied. The first night at check in they didn’t know we had our dog so we had a clean decent room. Which is weird because below there’s a photo we too of her in her stroller looking at the aquarium in the lobby as we checked in at the front desk. When we returned for our second night after checking out from the first stay they put us in the “pet friendly” room. My dog is small and clean/groomed as you can see pictured below. There’s no way they’re properly cleaning those rooms as claimed. The manager offered us air fresher spray. We had our own and it only muffled the smells we could barely unpack our clothes because of the concern our clothes will smell like the room. No blankets or comforters on the bed. Bathroom appeared unclean. Staff were nice but we would never recommend to anyone or stay there again.

I used the online check in before I left home. I traveled 6 hours. I had to check in all over again when I arrived. The girl at the desk said "we don't do that". It was very frustrating after being so tired.

MOLD!!! STAY AWAY!!! Other issues too.

MOLD MOLD MOLD, there was other issues with our room and we did get a refund but we had to continue our drive back toward home because ewverywhere around was booked. We had booked this hotel weeks in advance and please do yourself a favor and do not stay here anytime soon! There was a broken toilet, bothtub was broken, toilet wasnt bolted to the floor, the smell was horrible, and the seat was broken and tore up. this was by fat the worst hotel I've ever experienced.

Paid a ridiculous “deposit” of $100 when I’ve paid $15-$45 bucks at other hotels. The room was dirty the door didn’t lock and door lock was broken, stains on the lamp shades and huge stains on the floor. Definitely not worth the price I paid, bathroom was disgusting and not worth staying at.

Don’t expect the typical hotel breakfast. Was 2 choices of cereal, little Debbie doughnuts from the gas station, muffins, and slim choice of yogurt.
