For a quick stay, this was a fine process. Unfortunately, there was a very loud dog in the room next to mine, that barked throughout the night. When I spoke to the front desk about options around 11:30 PM, I was told that "we only allow service dogs, and if that one is barking so much that's concerning" and that they could move me into a windowless cabin room that was smaller than what I'd reserved as a result. Seems like a poor way to handle a customer complaint when they are not at fault.
