Very clean and spacious, we were only here for a night but great hotel for the star rating! Staff very friendly, we took a rideshare into Nashville to party on broadway and it was about 20 each way. The Percy priestly recreation area is walkable and lovely. Breakfast was more than I expected and attendant was so sweet.

The room was clean and comfortable, as was the bed. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, although a complimentary breakfast was not one of the reasons I booked. I would stay here again all things considered.

Parking is limited. On arrival day there were only 3 parking spots left and they were in the dark covered in broken glass from someone’s window being broken out. The next morning there was a truck with a broken window. I realize this isn’t a direct reflection of the hotel itself but worth noting. The hotel staff that we encountered were great, nice and helpful. The hotel is slightly outdated. The sprinkler in our room was tampered with, and mold in the bathroom.

There was a situation at the parking lot. About roughly 6 cars had their windows broken. Not sure what the situation was but it felt a bit unsafe to park.

Check in was fast, lady at desk friendly, answered questions. Room was clean & had room for our bicycles. Had two TVs which came in handy. I would have given 5 stars but the bed in room 101 is badly broken down on one side, the springs were crunching under me when I sat on the side of the bed. I only weigh 135 so the mattress badly needs replacing! Hot breakfast was good.
