problems with airport shuttle
i arrived at midnight. there was no information that airport shuttle would not be running after a certain hour, even though there were plenty of flights arriving at that time. the room and hallway had heavy chemical smell.

Probably the worse customer service in 53 years of living. Front desk rude and the kitchen worker extremely rude. Breakfast was suppose to opus at 7am the staff was outside smoking and didn’t open the dinning area until 7:30. Customers tried to get something to drink and she told us to get out and wait until she opened up the rest of the dining room. They also decided to eat before serving tge customers. Very rude and not worth your stay

We arrived very late and we were promptly greeted by the desk person. He was very professional and quickly got us into our room. He also asked if we would like a longer check out time as we had arrived late. Although we didn't stay past the original check out time the offer was appreciated.

The construction around the property made it hard to access. The fafility and room itself was clean, however the beds themselves wetent very comfortable. Also no hair dryers in the room as lised on the site, tried calling the front desk for one and no one answered. Also on the listing it mentions a $50 hold for incidentals, but when you actually check in it's a different price.
