The place was very dirty. Carpets need replacement. Our room was getting cleaned even after check in. Funiture was peeling. Our room had a smell to it. Carprts not vaccumed. What looked like blood on our curtains. There minimal staff interaction but it was not bad. This place needs some upgrading and some air fresheners.

Everything is clean and the staff is nice, but the furnishing were banged up and and need replacing in my room. Did not affect my stay but poor impression. Plus two light bulds were not replaced in my room and could not see well to do makeup. Other than that staff was nice, did not try the free breakfast either day so cannot commit on that.

Dirty and outdated. Covid signs everywhere because why? Five people checked in and they would only give me one room key. See the photos.
This was in our room. Something was patched, but not very well or painted.

10/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. The king suite was really nice and the bed was super comfortable!!!!! When checking in the front desk person was super friendly and allowed us to check in an hour early with no fee. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Not a true pay at property hotel. They charged my card without permission before I checked in. Room was dirty and several things were broke. Staff was also horrible. The manager was refusing to give me a receipt when I checked out and I had to ask for it 5 different times. I strongly suggest Hotels.com to drop this location or at the very least not allow them to say they have a pay at property option.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety. The location was convenient to the highway, but in an area with lots of other economy motels/hotels. The mattress was ok, not great, not terrible. Ac worked well.

Employees were friendly, and room was clean and nice. However, the refrigerator didn't work, the tv kept losing signal, and the phone was dead. There was a lightbulb that kept flashing even though the switch was off. Had to remove bulb so we could sleep.

Old hotel. Needs updated everything. The pool and workout area it was over 90 degrees in each room. Workout room had water all over the floor from the dehumidifiers overflowing. Very unsafe, I was afraid to workout because of heat. It needs to be shut down and remodeled completely. Some of the rooms have a wet smell.. smells like mildew is in the rooms and parts of the hotel. I will never stay there again.
