Bathroom issues
Thevm room looked ok when we entered. The person at the front desk that evening was courteous. The problem was the bathroom. The sink was clogged. It took a long time for the water to get warm and the sink filled up and it took a long time to drain. Then the she shower curtain rod was not mounted well. Someone must have pulled on it so hard that the wall was cracked. It was difficult to keep the curtain from gathering in the middle of the rod. Breakfast was typical except someone was working on the coffee machine. I would have told the front desk person, but she didn't ask if everything was okay with my stay.

Very bad hotel. We stayed there from July 29 to July 31, 2024 on the last night before checking out, some bad people came to the parking lot slashed all the tires and scratched the paint of every single car parked there including 3 Tennessee state trooper cars.

The hotel was very dirty, my entire family had to take cold showers. Also doesn’t seem kid friendly the lady at the front desk made a comment about keeping my kids under control because she didn’t want to deal with phone calls. Which I get but came off very rude.

Nice hotel, staff is great and really friendly. Rooms are nice and cozy, breakfast is really nice and it's a bit different every day. Cable tv with premium channels, laundry. The only thing that could improve is coffee. I like this place and recommend it.

Staff was polite , there was a leak in ceiling, wall had food or something splattered on it, and something was wrong w/sink. There also was a musty smell throughout, kind of like mold was present.

Don't be a whiny &!+@#.
Look folks, this place was clean enough, location was good enough, breakfast options were diverse enough, the beds were decent enough, and the staff were excellent. Best bang for the buck, people always complaining about the lower tier hotels like they are paying for The W. I absolutely recommend this hotel, looking forward to staying next year on our annual trip.

It was pretty run down, we had to lift up on the door to get it to shut. The tub faucet leaked. The chairs in the dining area need to be redone. Clean, but needs some updates. Pool was cold. Breakfast was decent.

One to avoid
The place is totally outdated, rooms are not representative of how they are pictured when booking. Rooms are dark and in need of modernisation. Rooms smell stale and curtains do not close. Fire alarm hanging off the wall with dirty marks on the wall. Bed was comfy though.
