We enjoyed our 4 day stay at Comfort Suites. It was a short drive to Nashville so that was convenient. The room was clean and staff was always available for anything we needed. Pool was clean and the temperature of the water was warm.

Positive: Beds were nice and comfortable. Good breakfast selection of hot and cold foods. Negative: Some of the towels that we were given had hair in them. There was also strings of long hair on the bathroom floor.

I didn't receive a copy of my receipt even though I asked for it several times... I did not receive my senior discount. I was unable to connect to the wifi and no-one could help me. Coffee was not left in my room by the maid staff.I was in a room where the parking lights were shinning into my room so brightly that I couldn't sleep in my bed, and when I told the staff about it they said there was nothing they could do. Completely unsatisfied and they to date have not contacted me even though I have left several messages. Unfortunately , I don't think I will be using Expedia anymore unless I get some satisfaction. I feel that I was led astray by you.
