Brand new property that’s very clean. Ample parking with very comfortable bed. Nice having breakfast options. Only downside is that there’s no security if it’s needed and staff can’t do much.

My experience was great even though the first room i had the floors was not cleaned, but i was moved to another room and those floors were not cleaned either and i asked for housekeeping to come up and they did.

Everything was good. Honestly I wish they used a different scent of cleaner. But that’s my only itch. Room was great, very good location for what I needed, right off the highway. Didn’t worry about leaving my car for the evening or anything. Pretty good over all

This is a problem I continue to run into at hotels. The hotel was listed as a no-pet hotel. However, I was placed on the 5th floor with animal dander in the room. I know these hotels have to accept service animals, and I support service animals, but I have an allergy and asthma. I specifically have no pet. Desk people tell me no pets are allowed, like somehow that discounts service animals. When I am paying for a room, I should get what I am requesting or be informed it is unavailable. The AC went out in the room. The second room I moved to was at 3 AM due to heat. They had wake-call services, which I needed, but no phone cord. The desk people were friendly and polite. All hotels should have one floor that is animal-free of pets and service animals. Emotional comfort animals are not service animals. They have no special training or certification. I am amazed that people travel more with their animals. It used to be that you had your dog or cat at home. It is filthy and brutal to clean a room. If an animal is in a room, it should be sanitized before the next person is put in the room. The Hotel Association should set a policy standard on this situation. I paid more than $600 for three nights.

Stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites for a friend's visit and it was great! Clean, quiet and wonderful front desk staff--especially Mackenzie! Easy to get to west Nashville and downtown (by car of course). Only problem that it was a little sticky trying to connect to the free wifi, but it was resolved. Would most definitely stay here again!

My only problem which was a big one was the fact that we came in from evening out only to find the ceiling of our room covered with lady bugs and some were on the bed as well. It was awful I’ve never seen that many bugs at once. We were moved to another room which was smaller and wasn’t offered a discount or anything. Was very disappointed in that.
