The parking was very difficult, stalls were small. We found space in the additional parking thankfully. Everything else was good, comfortable bed, clean convenient room, pool and breakfast appreciated especially with kids.

It’s was completely quite. No running around in the hallways making noise or stomping the floors. The beds were very comfortably and clean. The black out shade in the window was an extra for the room. The staff personnel were very cordially in welcoming us to the ending, when we had to leave. Would I recommend this Hotel you asked. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody !!! This Hotel is just outside of Nashville and just right off of I-40 going towards Memphis, Tn, come give it a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

The only issue I have is the bed was so uncomfortable. It hurt my back and I couldn’t get comfortable. The mattress is so old it feels like and definitely needs replacing. The whole bed is short and lower to the floor which was odd. I couldn’t move around in the bed without the mattress being loud. And I sank down in it terribly.

The indoor pool was freezing cold. My kids jumked in and it took their breath. Its also a very small pool. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay

Experience was great! Very clean and new. Only complaint would of been not much parking and the family above us (we were on 3rd floor) sounded like elephants jumping up and down. Not the hotel fault though. Very pleasant.

Terrible parking

Parking was horrible! The parking spaces were so small you had to park in the next parking lot. We had to switch rooms due to plumbing issues. We notified the staff twice about the issue which no one came to fix. The night time staff was on his phone and seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. Other than that the room was nice and clean and spacious.
