The clean room was nice with comfy beds and pillows. The freshly made omelette at the omelette bar was a special treat in the morning. The location was walkable to Broadway bars and restaurants, and Country Hall of Fame so we got some exercise in and felt safe walking at night. 😁

Construction was happening and parking limited. Overall the hotel could use an upgrade. It worked for us, just expected it to be a bit nicer for where it was located. It was clean and liked it accepted dogs.

It was a good location with downtown Nashville in walking distance. Construction on the road outside the property did present a minor challenge.

Very nice, clean breakfast facility with lots of food options. Staff are friendly. Bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. The lobby had free massage chairs, free coffee & tea and chocolates! Nice touch! Thank you for the great stay. The only reason no 5 star is because our roo. Was cleaned each day but not the sink counter or mirror.

The service at the front desk never smiled once. The beds were very comfy and clean. Coffee machine was not cleaned and something on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet paper needs cleaning. My room was near the dumpsters so it smelled we seen a rat by the dumpsters and found an ugly big dead bug in our room. Loved the location of the hotel and the rest of the hotels seamed nice. Our friends room was nicer away from the dumpster.

I had a very bad experience at this property starting at 7:30 in the morning when I heard a loud hammer directly above me pounding away along with a lot of other commotion ( power drills etc). When I later went to complain about the noise the three people at the front desk told me it was coming from a construction sight across the street. I was incredulous considering the wall vibrations but with having 3 people vehemently deny they were doing on-premise construction I decided not to escalate. Later in the day I saw crews painting oak colored hotel furniture bright blue on the first floor in the parking lot. This was very odd because the furniture looked horrendous and could not think of any practical application this furniture would be used for. The next morning the banging started again. When I went to the floor above me to investigate the adjacent hallway had rooms the undergoing complete gut renovations ( I have pictures to prove it) I complained about the construction noise and they again tried to gaslight me and mentioned the construction sight across the street. This time I was better informed and they later admitted there could be wall papering being done. However this was not the case . It was full bathroom installs and tiling. In my entire life I do not think I have ever been so blatantly lied to as a customer. Why wouldn’t they just tell the truth? It’s was very disappointing. This place is mismanaged and has a complete disregard to business ethics.

Great location, quick walk to Broadway (20 min easy walk) Amazing continental breakfast, beds are so comfy. Convenient lobby with drinks and snacks if needed, free coffee and ice water to refill mugs. Highly recommend

Comfortable, but needs updating.
It served the purpose. Bed & room were comfortable enough. The only thing I didn't like was my original booking stated $18/day for parking and when I got there they said parking was $20/day. $2 a day isn't much but it's the principle of changing the price after booking at another price. Room really needs to be updated - shower faucet spun around making it hard to find a good temperature. Most updated hotels have a shower stall with a shower door, not a tub with a pull lever for shower function, and an old shower curtain, like this hotel room had (I had a room in Macon, GA the previous 2 nights and for the same room price as this one it was much nicer). Shampoo bottles were tiny. I'm giving the room an overall 3-1/2 stars.

The location is a short distance from the entertainment areas of the city so it gave a nice landing point for sleeping. The rooms severely lacked space. They tried to put furnishings for a 350 sqft toom into 225 with a king bed. We had to walk single file to the bathroom. The mattress was showing considerable signs of wear including sagging which they tried to cover up with a foam cover. Additionally the pillows never had covers and smelled stongly of body odor. The staff was friendly and helpful with a request for additional blankets.
