Rooms were a bit dirty, they were kind enough to move us from rooms which was a bit cleaner, but we did find a cockroach roaming around. Which was not pleasant having to go through our clothes making sure we did not having anything around. Breakfast outshined the spot, and the area and convenience of being close to several food spots and downtown Nashville.

The property was kept up nice for an older property and very clean. Beds were comfortably, had a mini fridg and keurig coffee maker so you could bring your own coffee pods and a safe. Continental breakfast was very good, had a chef that made you an omelet. You are next to the freeway so you do here some traffic. It was an easy 1 mile walk to broadway district. I would stay here again.

Old and small rooms
This is an old motel. Small rooms very dated and not very clean (rug and bathroom). Nowhere to open 2 suitcases without taking up entire open floor area. Breakfast was good. Staff member there to make custom omelettes. Good location, easy off interstate and walkable to downtown areas. Greeting staff not too friendly.

Comfort Inn is a cost effective choice in reasonable walking distance from Broadway and very close to the Gulch. Yes, it is an older location but our room had been renovated, smelled nice, and was clean. They also do a breakfast that is basic but comprehensive… great value!
