It was really disappointing. The room was not at all as pictured and felt damp and mildewy. The mattress was really uncomfortable as well. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room; we called the front desk and rather than making it right, they told us we had to come to the front desk (opposite side of the property) to pick them up. Not the worst hotel experience I’ve had, but a far cry from the best.

We were more satisfied at this motel, compared to the Hilton Garden Inn, and the Hampton Inn we stayed in our way to and through Tennessee. The staff at this location were extremely friendly, and informative of the surrounding area, and restaurants. The Front Desk people enough good cannot be said about them.

Second time here. Staff was great…got in late and got an extra 15 minutes in the pool. Good breakfast, comfortable beds. We like the location and the evening cocktail hour was a bonus for our group.
