The hotel is older, but has been recently rehab to a very nice level of comfort. The staff was extremely nice. Randall Morgan is one of the nicest people in the world.

Old property bought by IHG. Paper thin walls. Water pressure was terrible. Only one elevator working for 9 floors.

The room was very clean and spacious. One elevator was out of order for our entire stay and the 2nd elevator was out of order for several hours one evening. One of the front desk clerks (a male) was quite rude and dismissive. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there is a free shuttle to downtown, the hotel advertises as "downtown" but it is at least a half hour walk to downtown through an industrial area. Overall we wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to our friends and family.

The girl at the front desk has wonderful customer service skills when we first got their, I think her name is Traya. She was awsome-sauce and made my daughter feel so welcomed. Bartender was very friendly as well. Over all had a great time and will definitely stay their next time.

The hotel was nice! I was woken up by the construction right next to our room but everything else was good. The elevator was off when we got back to the hotel and had to take the stairs that were outside so safety became a concern but everything else was great.

It was an amazing stay!

I was very impressed with the hotel. You can tell the staff really care about working there. It was very well maintained and the beds were Very comfortable. Next time I'm in Nashville they will be my first choice. AAA+++
