Nice staff & Accessible

Great place and super nice staff. The free shuttle to the heart of downtown (5 minutes) makes it convenient even though it across the River. Really good experience across the board.

Pool was not saltwater as listed in amenities. Elevator has been broken for months. Can hear interstate and rooms. Mattress is very firm otherwise good room for price in a decent location.

It’s a good place. Highlights: convenient to downtown and LYFT rides. Good bar. One problem that recurs: I ask for late checkout, which is granted, but housekeeping still disturbs me by knocking on my door well before even normal checkout.

Three night stay Jan 30-Feb. 2, 2025. We were greeted by Hotel Manager Angel in Lobby. He made us feel so welcome. Room was clean & comfortable. 24/7 coffee bar is great. Indoor pool area could look more inviting with improved lighting & a sparkling clean pool. One elevator is out of service; so at times there were delays. Shuttle driver is friendly and helpful.

Checkin was very quick. The Staff made sure we were comfortable and knew about the area. I love how clean the facility was. The shuttle was a great choice for those that don’t like driving. Everyone was so kind & helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville. Highly recommend this location.

The room was decent and clean, but we were on the 7th floor. One elevator was out of order so that only left one available on a weekend where people were in town for a concert and a dance/cheer competition. It smelled like smoke as soon as you got to our floor. Our TV didn’t work the entire weekend. They sent maintenance up Saturday night, and we were just told it couldn’t be fixed, sorry. They wanted to move us rooms at 9:30pm just for us to be checking out that next morning so we declined. I expressed my issue with the front desk during checkout and all we were told was “so sorry about that.”
