The property is very clean, really nice. If you decide to walk to Broadway, go left out of the front door, not right, there is a sketchy 7eleven you have to pass!! Here is the only issue I had: $65 to park!!!!!! Yeah, $65! I didn’t mention that’s PER NIGHT !!

Not worth the $610 in my opinion. It was cool, new and nice. Could’ve offered more for the guest considering the location. Went to visit a friends hotel and they had little gifts and one free drink ticket… not saying a drink but SOMETHING fun and fun exciting. The place kinda lack the thrill of it being new. No room service either which sucked. Overall it was okay, for the price I would say check out others.

Chose the location for being nearby Broadway. New facility but seems to be still under construction. (ceiling in our room 1026 was still unfinished). Decor felt cold and not cozy. Convenient bar and food service. Parking was different for us. We chose to self park but the desk clerk said we had to give the valet our key? Parking also was supposed to be $42.50 per day for self park but our co-traveler was charged over $200. Rooms were smaller than expected. Narrow? Floor to ceiling windows provided an opportunity for a nice view but not from our room. It is a longer walk to get to Downtown Broadway Then I expected but we are older travelers so I will Choose a closer hotel next time. Hotel property may just need to be open a while to get the kinks worked out.

Area was convienant to everything nothing further than 10 minutes away .some locations we went to Were in walking distance especially on a nice day . We walked to broadyway depending on shoe choice . The coffee in the lobby cafe was Amazing!! Mc Donald’s and 7/11 close just incase you need a quick lil something . Great Mexican restaurant around the corner too

Exceptional and private service. The place was the perfect location for us. The staff was very helpful and was able to understand what we needed. The front desk gave us great suggestions of where to go, but we already had an agenda. The bar located in the hotel was so polite and just top notch service. The room was small but perfect for sleeping we could not hear any of neighbors though the hotel was completely booked. We we went out for breakfast and came back our room was straightened and perfectly clean, we have stayed at five star hotels where it took all day for this to happen. We will always recommend this hotel!

Wonderful stay

New hotel so it was in great shape. Service was excellent and every employee was very nice and upbeat. The location is perfect, short walk to everything, lots of dining close by and if you need to take a car service anywhere they can easily avoid Broadway being shut down and general traffic. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.
