They put me on the second floor overlooking the street, which meant that I got woken up by noise and trucks speeding by at 6am, so that was less than fabulous. What made it worse? When I got home, I saw I had an extra charge from the hotel. When I called them, they insisted that I had eaten at their restaurant. Only problem is that, I hadn't, in fact, because of the horrid noise, I checked out early and was in an uber at 649am. I was told that they'd call me back after they reviewed the receipts. A week later, I was told that they were going to refund me and would call me by end of day (by the way, I called them, they never ever call back). Now another week has gone by and no call backs, despite several voice mails that I've left asking to get my money back. This hotel will steal your money, don't stay here.

Concert trip to Nashville.

Overall great experience. Very convenient. Disappointed with free parking option. Had to park down adjacent streets. For hotel parking garage you had to pay extra per day.

If you need reliable TV service or WIFI you will need to go elsewhere. Even a light rain interrupts their satellite service. Rooms very comfortable and the rooftop bar/restaurant very nice. One thing with the rooms that screams cheap is the ceilings is raw unpainted concrete

Very nice and clean hotel. 20 minute walk to broadway. However, we Left our bags with the front desk. When we picked them up. My friend noticed her bag was opened. Every small bag she had zipped. Was left unzipped. Nothing was taken. Since there weren’t no valuables in her bag. But left us uncomfortable to ever trust leaving our bags with the front desk. Never experienced this before.
