Loved our clean, spacious & quiet suite. Brentwood is a great location! Some suggestions would be better quality tissues, toilet paper and wall-mounted toiletries like other hotels. Otherwise, we definitely recommend.

Was disappointed that I wasn’t offered a room upgrade - the hotel was very quiet and certainly not any where near its capacity. Also, I only received the standard late checkout ( 12 pm - 1 hour), although they do have a pay option for checkout until 2:00 pm…I’m not sure why my gold VIP Expedia status would not have given me the latest checkout time as a perk.

The room was smaller than the pictures made it seem like. Overall clean, no issues there. Needs were comfortable. The breakfast...... not the worst thing ever, but definitely could have been better. Still trying to figure out how they cooked bacon with zero flavor...

Beds are as hard as concrete

Service was excellent and super clean, but the beds are HORRIBLE! They are rock hard. I think I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the grass on the lawn out front. It was like sleeping on concrete. I've slept on steel plate that was softer. Beautiful hotel, just don't expect to sleep. We got up at out by 6am just to park in the mall parking lot to take a nap in our car.
