I was charged $100 for my service dog “barking” yet he never barked at anyone. When I spoke with the manager his story changed multiple times and was even told this “barking” was on camera but when asked to see the video all of a sudden it was just video of us going in and out of our room. They made up a lie and tried charging me for something that never happened.

I stay at ALOT of hotels and travel. This is by far the worst stay I have ever had! Manager was rude and unhelpful to even clean the room after I was given a dirty room. You can do what you want but take my advise go anywhere but here
