The one-bedroom suite with separate bedroom with hot tub was large but the whole suite was too darkish in colouring. This 215 suite and others ending with ‘15’ are right next to the elevator and was noisy into the wee hours and again in the early morning. We arrived early about noonish but were told no rooms were yet available and they would not hold our bags while we visited downtown. Otherwise, the stay was okay and the included breakfast plentiful.

The staff were amazing, especially Renee who took care of the breakfast/coffee area. She was so helpful, pleasant and a joy to have around. The breakfast was delicious, good choices and coffee all day. All the staff were great. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Good location and provided information/pamphlets regarding tourist attractions. I highly recommend.

The shower was great, the staff were kind. Unfortunately an alarm woke us up at 5:30 am. Probably the previous host set it on and you forgot to reset it. It was very unpleasant. And when we opened the side bed table, there were trash. I think you’d should be more careful with those kind of details

It is a quiet well maintained hotel that is close to Opry Mills mall and has many dining options available. A shuttle is provided for $10 round trip per person to Broadway.
