Fine, but could improve
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The room itself was comfortable, and I enjoyed the location being so close to a grocery store. I did not like that the staff ignored the “privacy” sign on my door. They went in anyways to clean, but that negates the purpose of having the sign at all. There were also random bugs in the room. Not bedbugs, but random little guys spread throughout. Gnats, a bug in the shower, a fly, and a bug above the window.

The room smelt musty as soon as entered it, and the smell only got worse over the evening. It was so bad that it made me feel sick and kept me up overnight. The room and bathroom were also very small and cramped, and (quite obviously) with minimal ventilation. I would absolutely not stay here again, and if we’d been booked to stay more than one night I’m certain we would have checked out early due to the state of the room.

Our stay was just what we needed- convenient location, decent rooms and bathrooms. The price was right. Note there are no elevators. The beds and pillows were less than comfortable but adequate. Would stay here again

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was amazing. You need to replace ALL your towels!! Also, if we booked a room for 4 why did we only have 3 towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. I had to keep requesting for towels over my 2 night stay. I did not realize I needed to request a room refresh until I found the room not made up on my second day - I thought that was automatic. Also, my extra towels were removed and replaced with 3...

It is an older property. Staff english is just ok. Attention to detail not well done. Room was older with stains. Air was noisy and ran all night. We were told Micro and Refrig, we had no micro and the reftig didn't work...just made noise and no way to unplug. Parking lot was full of construction crews and sassy at night when we came back. Breakfast was ok, but not up to the usual expected from BW. Will be finding a new place in the area when we return.

A good choice for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy, but clean. Very good value for what I paid. The free breakfast was about average for a comparable motel.
