We stayed in room 217 on Dec.6&7 2024. We saw cockroaches in our room on the counter on the night of Dec.7. When I woke up on Sunday morning Dec.8 I had a dead cockroach in my bed. I took photos of it and put it in a zip lock bag which I still have.Also talk about unsanitary there were two toilet plungers set out in the upper corridor breezeway and set there both days we were there. Nothing like walking through toilet water on the walkway. I’ve asked for a refund but the owners won’t admit that they have roaches.
4 night stay on the second night car was vandalized. Over a thousand dollars in damages as my left rear quarter-panel was crushed.
During the cold the staff has to use boiling hot water to heat the automatic locks for them to function. Clients are unable to come and go because the lock will not function and every time you need access the staff has to bring a pitcher of boiling hot water and pour it over the automatic lock. So in turn it soaks the carpet inside the room and the staff does not care.
Staff and housekeepers enter rooms even with the "do not disturb" sign displayed.
Wifi doesn't have access points to support the signal meaning you cant use your laptop in the room as the signal is too weak.
Housekeeper banged on my door at 9am and even tried to enter my room the morning of checkout. Checkout is at 11am.
This Baymont property was an excellent value! From the condition of the room to the cleanliness of the property to updates to room and fixtures, everything meets or beats expectations. The breakfast was very good and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable!
Rooms were very clean, front desk guy was constantly cleaning and washing down breakfast area.
Staff were very friendly, we felt very safe, room was very clean and well maintained.
Wish that had long door mirrors to get dressed by so you can see your outfits.

I can't believe the high ratings shown on Hotels' site for this motel. To me, the whole place seemed less than desirable, ill maintained, and not that clean. Thankfully, I was there for only one night.
We had a pretty relatively OK stay, the bed that my husband and I slept on, says that it is a queen bed, it is NOT a queen bed. There was hardly any room for the both of us in the bed. Cleanness was pretty much OK. They did not even have the toilet paper roll on a roller. It was just sitting in the toilet paper dispenser, that should be fixed. You should not have to take the toilet paper and hold it to get some in order for it to be used. And they should put at least one extra roll in the bathroom. I ran out and went downstairs to their main bathroom and took the roll from there bathroom and put it in our room. We ran out of Kleenex, they should check that before the next people come. It was just minor details that we had issues with.
