It was by far the cleanest hotel that I've ever stayed in. It smelled clean the moment you walked in all the way to the rooms. There was no dust, no dirt in the bathrooms, or anywhere. The coffee was amazing and they had a great spread for breakfast.

Avid is a relatively new and clean hotel. The staff is exceptional. 24 hour coffee in lobby; the breakfast is adequate. Average sized rooms are modern and comfortable. Bedding is excellent. Price is budget compared to others in the area.

Clean but uncomfortable

Hotel was clean and seemed new, was just very sterile and cold, not comfortable. No carpet in the rooms, weird grey and colors. Breakfast was lame.
