It was wonderful hotel and surrounding area. The only draw back is the excessive car parking fee of $44 daily. Since they charge that to probably cover the valet wages...don't bother tipping! Parking in Nashville is a rip off!

HORRIBLE

This was a HORRENDOUS hotel and stay. We were there with our hockey team and encountered endless issues, inadequacies and quite literally unacceptable accommodations. Dirty room, pubic hair in our bathroom, 1/2 used bottles of lotion, and outlets that didn't work. HEAVY use of marijuana on the floor and smells of mold/must in our space. I was charged for valet that wasn't used and we had major issues with our cars not being ready to leave for our games. HORRIBLE expecting some money back!

I liked the place

Pretty nice place close to Broadway without being to close. Close to busline so able to use city bus for local transportation. Super kind and friendly staff. Only negative for me would be surcharge for breakfast.

Parking challenge, lovely hotel

This was a very good hotel that accepts dogs. Very clean. Check-in was very difficult, however because I did not understand where I could park and I drove around and around before I finally parked by a cone that said valet. There was no one out there, so I turned my car off and went into the hotel. I wasted a lot of time and was tired and frustrated by that point. After I checked in, they sent a valet person outside with me to take my car. There is no self parking at the hotel and it is in a very busy area. Even after calling the hotel, I was not given easy instructions as to what to do. Suffice it to say you have to valet or find parking somewhere else in the city.

The hotel was located near to where i had to work. Hotel was nice. One thing tho, people need to be aware if you stay at this hotel parking isnt free. its valet parking only. for overnight parking its $44 a nite.

Trip for graduation

This is my second stay at this location. The location is convenient to the universities and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The location is also easy to reach by nearby highways. I love the room lay out, and the parking and building staff are friendly. The inconveniences: being required to have the valet park our vehicle, the limited menu at the grill, and not having a microwave in the room. I would rather park my own vehicle with in and out privileges then wait in line for the vehicle. The text to send the message for your car doesn't always work. Also, a Fruit and yogurt parfait, non dairy option for hot coffee, simple bacon and eggs, or lighter options would be appreciated for the menu. All in all, it's a nice hotel. I didn't go to the bar this trip. But I don't know if I'll pay $44/ day for parking next time plus tips.
