For the price this hotel is horrible!
Booked one night and paid ahead of time. The lady couldn’t figure out how to check me in in 20 minutes later. She finally gave me room keys. Got up to the room and the room keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs and get different keys and that happened twice. Then when I was checking out, there was confusion because they thought I was booked for two more nights they said they fix the issue and then of course I got charged for two more nights after I left. Total nightmare to deal with.

Hotel was nice as expected. I wish they would offer coffee in the lobby like I get at a Four Seasons. Instead, I had to wait for the cafe to open for $10 drip coffee or do room service for a $25 cup of coffee. My coffee machine wasn’t working in my room. Other than that, the 1 Hotel is always a nice experience, the rooftop restaurant and bar was great. Make reservations, it books up.

We received a complimentary room upgrade when we checked in, and although we were only there for one night— we felt welcomed and well cared for. The entire property was breathtaking and the dining options, specifically 1 Kitchen, were excellent. The bar tender was very hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed our night on site!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful rooms that have cozy beds. Love the shower and bathroom set up. Many amenities within the room such as water bottle faucet. Pet friendly. The restaurant is delicious and the cafe has many quick options.
