Ivan at the front desk was very helpful with local suggestions. They also had a list which worked great. We walked to 3 local restaurants (a few blocks of flat walking) and the ocean was beautiful. Beds were comfy and coffee ready at 7am.

The location was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. However, the building is very out of date and needs significant updating. The floors are crooked, the furniture doesn't match, the walls are nicked and dented. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear every single conversation of people walking in the halls.

The Atlantic House is an outstanding, moderately priced, waterfront hotel. The location is ideal for day trips in South Coastal Rhode Island.

I lost my wallet before check. The staff wouldn't let me stay with a photo of my DL on my phone, my apple pay information and all my expedia information and having already paid for the room. Thanks for the nice 6 hour drive home starting at 6pm.

Our son’s rugby team had a match against Salve and everything in Newport was ridiculous. We were checked in early, given restaurant recommendations and a map. This gave us down time to walk around before heading out for the match. The staff contacted us after our stay because we forgot something and helped us with the return. I stayed at the Marriott in Phoenix and left suit pants in the closet, never saw them again. Excellent service here!
