Nice hotel

Overall it is a nice hotel. We stayed for one night for transit. Good location if you want to go back to the airport right next day. Their shuttle bus was convenient. Old building but relatively clean. Most spacious room we ever had during our trip. Our non smoking room had a hint of smell of cigarette if not from the car exhaust from outside (our room was directly in front of the entrance where their shuttle bus stops). But it could have been just a smell of old hotel. However, it is not that much of a big problem. They do not have any other choice for food in the evening other than the small "conbini" in the hotel and there was a long line up. Since it is located within the airport area, there were no restaurants around it that we can go easily. An attendant at the counter answered our question precisely and he even printed out the information for us. That was a huge help in our rushed trip. we do not remember his name anymore but we thank him enormously.

Toyoko Inn was great value, a 10 minute shuttle from Narita. It is clean, immaculate, with quaint, smaller rooms for one person. Bed was comfy for me as were pillow (1). There is a 24 hour store for amazing cooked food brought from outside and a laundry.Just do not expect to go to Tokyo or tours easily. IT IS FAR FROM DT TOKYO.

It’s cheap yes, but the quality of the hotel no. It smells like China town. Breakfast is mid, a lot of people even when we went really early. The hallway to the rooms looks eerie, room itself tho is quite spacious. There’s also a distinct smell when you go in the room. Overall 2/5 just because you can stream Netflix/Disney/Prime Video and they have a Lawson convenience store inside.

Great stay for a last minute booking. As our flight was delayed we needed a place to sleep after a long flight. I was so thankful I found it and booked it in a timely manner.

The hotel was used for a one night stay before an early morning flight. It was crazy busy on arrival with coach loads of people in reception. Automated scheck in was fairly easy. Room was basic. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. The only place to get water was on the ground floor which was a pain when your room is on the 11th. Some sort of dining/food options would have been appreciated. I like many others walked to the 7/11 to get some basic provisions. It was cheap though!

Comfortable and convenient.

Convenient place to stay near the airport, and the transport provided was excellent. The hotel is very large and therefore a lot of people. The convenience store was very cramped and extremely busy.

Main area had statue of lady with harp. The grand piano self played and the foot pedals moved also. The music was good. The in house laundry mat was good. The water cooler in lobby was great as you never had to run out of water. Saved so did not have to throw away extra plastic water bottles. In house convenience store appreciated for grabbing snacks. The only thing I did not like was no seating in the lobby. The message was no relaxing in the lobby. Get to your room and keep out of lobby.

The room was clean, the staff friendly the breakfast was okay but the size of the room was tiny and the bed was so hard I thought I was sleeping on the floor in addition there were several people at midnight talking so loud in the hall they woke us up therefore we had a terrible nightI would not come back to this property.
