Main concern is that even though breakfast was included, they do not provide a to-go breakfast for those with early flights. We needed to be at the airport at 6AM, and breakfast started at 6:30. In cases like that, a to-go breakfast should be given.

Staffs are nice and English is quite good in my opinion. Room was cleaned and I slept soundly! There was a 7-11 nearby and a convenient store at the ground floor. It’s not a high ended hotel, but very good overall.

It was a perfect place for the night before our long flight the next day. The buffet was a very welcome, varied one and very adequate. The setting was quiet. However, we expected check-out to be 11:00 AM.

Excellent shuttle service to and from Narita Hotel. Fantastic buffet breakfast featuring Japanese and western cuisine. The on-site convenience store was a real plus…..souvenirs, snacks, whole meals, drinks, you name it! The desk clerks were quite proficient in English and very helpful. Great place for travelers.

Really easy to get the airport shuttle to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were lovely at check in. Room was slightly small for a family of four with three suitcases.
