Top likes: clean, comfortable, Lawson convenience store on ground floor for food, 10 minutes free shuttle ride to NRT every 20 minutes. Solid free breakfast choices, fair room price A great option to stay for one night before departure from Japan. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was okay, but it was crowded and the staff weren’t helpful. We had to book into our room at a machine. The breakfast was noisy, crowded and not very good. I think it caters more to Asian visitors. I would not recommend it to westerners.

You get a stunning view of the airport(depends but still) ,airport shuttle to and from is very convenient and rooms are clean and tidy and very spacious ,very easy self check in and check out process, will deffs stay again on our next trip.
