I was hesitant to book a stay here but I’m glad I did. The pod was super comfortable and cosy, I slept like a log and snoozed my alarm a few times too. The showers and communal areas were clean and plentiful. My only slight niggle is that it’s a bit awkward to find and about a 10 minute walk from the terminal. Overall I recommend this as a great option to stay if you have an early flight or long layover.
Super convenient after a long day of travel if you’d like to crash and face navigating your way in to Tokyo refreshed after a good night’s sleep. I did find it a bit difficult to find (probably the lack of sleep on my flights contributed to that) but once there I was very pleased. Quiet and comfortable and the shower was great!
My first time staying at capsule hotel and I am not sure what to expect. The staff is helpful in explaining everything and they provide towels, sleep robe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. The capsule is roomy, but it was hot for me at the beginning just laying there. After midnight the temp got colder and the blanket came in handy. The pillow was my only complain it was too hard and I didn’t use it. I had 2 luggages and I was able to store them in the provided locker.
It was very conveniently located. And easy to get to from Narita terminal 2 departure area. And just go through the parking lot tunnel.
Overall I had a good experience.
As an American tourist, this place was very nice and quiet. It was not cheap, but it wasn't expensive either. It's ideal if time and comfort are your main concern!
It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find. Everyone was nice.
Check out at 10:00 which to me means that’s when they should starting cleaning the capsules not waking you up do they get head start. Also construction drilling right outside that wakes you outta your sleep wasn’t very good. Front desk staff are friendly and everything thing else was good but for the noise it wasn’t great but wasn’t bad …..average 3/5
The staff were lovely and the property felt very clean. There were extremely limited options for food (even for an airport) so if you are staying bring a bento from elsewhere. I spent one night here as I had a flight very early the next morning. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable i have come across. I could not fall asleep at all. Not to mention every time i did fall asleep someone else’s alarm would play or others would be talking within the quiet dorms. I wish the staff were more attentive to others being noisy and talking in the sleeping quarters. It became very frustrating come 2/3am and people being inconsiderate.
Terrible experience. I needed to queue to use the washroom in the morning when I was rushing for a flight. The sleeping area is not sound proof so I can hear people on the left, on the right and on the top of me snoring all night. Toilet area is smelly for Japanese standards. It took me 45 minutes to get from the terminal where i landed to the hotel. The hotel is not exactly within the termina. You need to take a airport shuttle and later still walk quite a distance through the subway station. I will recommend getting a proper hotel room at the same price with a free shuttle serivice.
