This hotel is super convenient to Narita Airport, they run a shuttle to and from throughout the day. So I wasn't inconvenienced having to lug a large suitcase on the train and walk it to a hotel. Shuttle pick-up to an from the airport with their bus. I highly recommend this if you're not planning on having your luggage delivered to a hotel. Aside from that, excellent staff! Restaurant downstairs is great! This hotel really deserves more praise!

I loved my room, especially the bathroom (and the offer for a wide variety of amenities from the front desk). The view from the window was great. The dining was buffet, which I can't eat a lot of, but the range of options was phenomenal. Staff were super kind and helpful for check-in and out, as well as there was no understaffing in the dining space (great service). This was the most relaxing stop on my journey and allowed me to really rest.

Rooms were spacious. Buffet dinner probably not worth the cost, would order a la carte if i stayed again. Good shuttle service to and from Terminal 2 and shuttle service the Narita Station was a nice bonus. You have to pay for 1650 yen the pool which is ok but can only use it while you are checked into the hotel system, you can't use it after you have checked out without paying a much higher price.
