Stayed one night. Service and facility, everything was exceptional considering the price for the night. Staff at reception were efficient and kind. Room was clean and good size. The hotel has a drugstore and souvenir shop, both have good variety of items. Airport shuttle bus runs frequently. If you only have a small suitcase and fly out of Terminal 3, you can even walk there from the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is overall very nice: shuttle bus, staff, breakfast buffet (super good), shopping (松本清), but there is only one thing bad: not sound proof enough... I will recommend this hotel to others.

Was a great hotel, only problem is the location, its a bit far from anything, in terms of walking, but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the local aeon shopping centre and one to the airport. Highly recommend for families. Great staff, very nice and helpful. Hotel does have a little convience store inside and a little pharamacy too, if you need anything

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Even though the hotel was a bit old, the service outweighs all the negatives. Reception was easy, and the lady was very kind to help me navigate around the facility. As for the room, it’s a little old, but the beds are comfortable, and it surpass the cost. As for the breakfast, I really enjoy the French toast! I’ve already been recommending my friends to stay at this hotel whenever they visit Japan, and I would surely come here gain.

Probably the worst hotel we stayed at in Japan. The others were all notoriously clean and staff super friednly. However this one was not as friendly and nowhere near as clean. Staff not very helpful - there is a free bus service that takes you to the station or a big mall complex but we were not told about it we just found on our own! Pool but you have to pay extra for it and can't use if you have tattoos. Room and general facilities all dated and musty smell. Walls not very soundproof either. Convenient for early/late flights and breakfast was very good
