Indifferent service

Was woken up by a noisy tour group checking in at 10+pm, called front desk hoping for some assistance, but was greeted with an indifferent response. Appalled they could allow other guests to be disturbed at such late timings, with an early morning flight to catch. Guess their priority is in group bookings hence the comfort and welfare of other guests are secondary.

This would have been a very stately property when it was built. Some parts are now a little dated but still very functional. Public areas were quite grand. For the price it was excellent and I would stay there again.
