Garden Hotel Narita just made it easy for us to come and go from Japan. The night we left we had a meal at the restaurant from the ala carte menu and the tempura was divine. Flight crew stayed that night so you know it is a reliable and consistent hotel.

Location - near the airport Shuttle bus - goes to Narita terminals 1 and 2 Room - comfortable (had a view of the countryside for my room Shower and bath - adequately sized and with warm water Buffet - variety of options, must try the ochazuke. A delightful experience. Staff - polite, efficient and helpful

The rooms were excellent and the price was great. Quiet and safe and a good size room. Good location for us and so nice to have bus transport from the door. Avanti had good food but a little expensive for breakfast. Would have preferred a menu option at that time rather than only buffet style. Nice to have the 7-11 in the hotel as well and the minimart nearby. We used the bus into town several times as well as to the airport. We also found a lovely canal for birdwatching only a 5 minute walk away as well as other paths. We would definitely use the hotel again if returning to Japan.

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel, the free shuttle was a bonus, and they have 7-Eleven inside the hotel. Room was very clean and they even provided robe and slippers to wear. Location is short distance to some of the attractions! Highly recommended.

The only problem with this property is the 'Air Quality' in the Rooms and the Hallways. They have chosen to cut off the air supply from the outside, to save money on Air Conditioning and Heating. As a result, the Air Quality is very 'Poor'.
