Excellent business hotel

Excellent hotel very close to keisei narita station. Perfect for a layover. Very nice, clean and new feeling inside. I love the APA hotel chain and try to stay in this chain whenever I'm in Japan. Check-in is very easy on the machine, checkout is just dropping your card in the checkout box. Best Japanese business hotel chain. Highly recimmend.

Cheap and really close to Keisei Narita train station. Friendly staff. Adequate amenities. Very small rooms, but that’s why it’s inexpensive. Great for an overnight stay before or after flight.

Affordable, close to train station,hot pool is great. breakfast is mainly for the Japanese with limited options for westerners but have bread, salad, sausage, omlette,coffee etc.i have stayed at rhis hotel many times before and will stay again.

APA hotels in general are a great deal, this one is too. Onsen on the premises, convenient location and staff is kind. Our twin room was compact, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, a big plus. If you need an extended check out, it's only 1000 yen per hour.

Floor was not clean

I stayed in 6th floor and hallway was so dirty and old which doesn’t look cleaned well. I hesitated to walk the hallway but I had to. Inside room floor is also not that cleaned well. Other parts of facility was acceptable but not for the floor.

It wasn’t bad, accidentally booked a smoking room, but there was a room spray provided. Very convenient overnight stop for a following early flight at Narita airport. The stroll around town to Naritasan is very nice. Bed was comfortable, but there isn’t a lot of space if you have a large luggage.

If you are stuck in a long layover at Narita or want a nice convenient place to explore the local area this hotel is ideal. It has a very nice hot spa to relax after a long trip and the location is ideal for travelers. The train drops you off in front of hotel from Narita. Takes you about 10 minutes to arrive and the airport

Check-in was quick and easy. There were four elevators, which is "ample." There was a vending machine on my floor with two Mtn. Dew buttons and a Pepsi Zero button. (I'll trade ya one of those Mtn. Dew buttons for a regular Pepsi one!) During room cleaning, the hallway was a bit cluttered with bags and cleaning stuff. The "Convenience store on the first floor" was actually a Lawsons right next to the hotel, which....close enough, I guess. I stayed there two days and my room was pretty quiet but I think that's because the other guests were courteous. My room had a nice view of a second Lawsons across the street (and other buildings nearby). The building seemed a bit old and worn so perhaps it's time for some new carpet, but the TV was big, and that's probably money better spent than updating the carpets.😂

Right by the train station. You can ask for the side near the road but it is near the road. Lot of stuff going on there. Rooms are not soundproof or maybe they were at one point but it is no longer the case. Bed are old - mattress - I am pretty sure that it was a foam mattress but hard to tell - you keep sinking and sinking. 10am check out - a bit aggressive if you do not have a flight immediately and are still recovering from jetlag. You can extend your stay for 1000 yen per hour - I got that indication about 7 minutes before check out. It would have been nice to pay for the extra 3 hours to try and catch up on sleep.

I like this hotel. It was a great experience an conviently next to the keisai station. I didn't like that i didn't get to go check out the public spa but im not to upset i know tattoo ban is a cultural outlook unique to japn. They even have a shuttle to the airport and they will store your luggage after checkout if you dont got to catch your plane right away you can go burn time in tokyo.

Perfect location! Close to Narita Temple, Lawson and taxi stand infront of the hotel which is convenient especially if you are going to Narita Airport or move around. Also close to Aeon Town Mall!
