Broken entry door on our original room, staff very apologetic and quickly moved us to another room. Fridge didnt work (luckily we didn't need to use it), Remote to tv broken, staff again very apologetic and supplied a replacement. Basic clean and roomy accommodation.

Well appointed and clean. All necessary facilities and more. Comfortable bed. Bright and airy room. Licensed restaurant attached with Indian food and pizzas. Was understaffed and a but expensive but handy to have since Gosford is about 5km away. The motel was full and noisy with a visiting rugby team when we were there, so quite noisy and busy with fairly uncouth language. The shower rose was leaky and didn't spray properly. Overall was quite happy and would stay again.

The room served its purpose, the bed was reasonable and the bathroom adequate. It was dated, needs brightening up and furnishing of rooms could be more comfortable. Small room and basic, but as I say, served its purpose for a bed for the night.
