Had to ask for towels . Room was not cleaned, bedding was not changed. We have stayed here before, but this year was the worst service. Door handle on room entry door was nearly impossible to turn, you had to jiggle the key.

Last “resort”

I was looking for somewhere economical to stay in the Naples area on short notice. I understood that this property was not going to be anything special, but I wish I had found somewhere else. It seemed clean enough, which makes sense since the room smelled very strongly of cleaning solvent. The amenities were very minimal, as expected, although hot water in the shower is pretty standard at most properties, except apparently this one. If you have the option of another similarly priced and located property, I recommend choosing the other one. This place is more of a last resort, and I use the “resort” very reluctantly

Place sucks

No towels to start then determined that they didn’t need to provide towels when there is no hot water for a shower. Mattress was terrible as well. Do yourself a favor and go with a mainstream hotel

It was absolutely trash! Do not stay here!!! The photos are nothing like the actual room you get. The staff was awesome but the rooms were not. The shower head was broken, the room was humid and the beds were stained and uncomfortable. Totally not what is advertised. Save your money and go anywhere else.
