Perfect Naples

We opted for airport transfer and that was well worth it. The hotel is only 50 meters from Via Toledo. Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room. Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be. With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience. Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento.

We got charged an additional 50 euros because i apparently only entered 1 person instead of 2 on expedia. They say they charge per person and that the rate on expedia is higher for 2 than 1. I went onto expedia and found that the daily rate for 2 was less than i had originally paid so i asked for the additional fee to be refunded and they refused. Also, website shows view of a church from the property which is not accurate. The only view is of neighboring buildings and their laundry. Location is in a back alley.

Staff was amazing and made us feel so welcomed. Sent me a bunch of recommandations on different restaurants and activities to do in the area. We loved the breakfast in the morning and were so impressed on the quantity of food! Very safe area of town and they sent us good info to find the hotel which can be a bit confusing at first. Unfortunetely, the AC in room 2 (Nacchere) didn't work at all, only blew warm air so the room was crazy hot being on the 4th floor. We made sure to book rooms with AC visiting Italy in July and August so this was a bit disapointing.

A fabulous little hotel with the best staff I've ever come across - they couldn't have been more helpful. Clean, comfortable & great location

Naples was our first stop in a two week trip in Italy. Sara was extremely helpful! Before we arrived, she helped book a tour of Pompeii & Amalfi coast and arrange airport transfer for us. She met us curbside and was so welcoming! Because our tour left before breakfast, the staff arranged breakfast for us the night before. Sara also gave advice on things to do around town. Location was very convenient for us. The room was comfortable, a tad small for what Americans are used to but it was clean and had everything we needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the two Juliette balconies that we could view the street from. It was a comfortable and quiet room with lots of space and modern bathroom. Air conditioning was quiet and easy to use. The smart tv and mini fridge with water were well appreciated as well. Breakfast had good choices and Paula arranged for it to come earlier as we had to leave by 8:30. I highly recommend this choice for anyone who wants to stay in the core of Naples as it is close to everything!

Great location, right on Via Toledo and near Centro Storico and the Spanish area. Clean rooms, and a nice large rainfall shower to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
